Far East Tech conducts performance management training to promote high-quality development of performance work

In order to thoroughly implement the company's requirements on the full implementation of performance management, strengthen performance management, and improve the professional quality and work ability of performance management personnel, Far East Tech held a performance management practice training session this week.

The training was presided over by the person in charge of the administrative department, and explained in simple terms from the aspects of performance target management, pre-assessment, in-process tracking, post-assessment and result application.
